Tonight's night drive was very special. Our guide Victor did a great job tracking a leopard and we were treated to the sight of a beautiful female on a hunt. We followed this magnificent creature as it silently crept through the open forest as it tracked down an impala. You could hear the impala warning calls as they sensed danger. The cat had gorgeous colors and large black spots over its entire body. We were quiet lucky to spot a leopard as they are very rare nocturnal creatures. I tell my guests that they should not expect to see one but if they do they should feel very blessed. As you can see, the safari is starting out in grand style with several lion sightings and now the leopard. Yeah!!!
